Spray adhesive.
Sponge.

Putty or fine mortar joints.
Water.
Paper towels.
Decoupage glue.
First apply the waterproofing inside the package, the latex may be a good choice, you can find it by boat and spray. Then apply glue to the outer surface of the container and stones will stick. We will leave the glue to dry so that the stones do not fall out. Then proceed to caulk the joints between the stones, a light mortar or joint compound will be as easy. We apply and go hands going over with a damp sponge.
