You need a square, previously folded in the middle and the diagonals (see the illustration)

Complex moments are in the initial folding of the paper (1) and (4, 5, 6), which must be opened just folded section and fold inward. This element is repeated in the other 3 folds. Once you have folded on one side, turn and repeat the folds form the other side.

With scissors cut the bottom.

Do both sides symmetrical 5 slot and start folding each page long one by one. Thus tree dissolve and a finished shape.
