- Goma eva.
- Frost.
- Seashells.
- Scissors.
- Hot glue.
- Brush.
- Newspaper.
- Tape.

- You paint the picture frame blue and Marillo circle, and leave aside to dry.
- Tomas sea shells and pints of a more intense blue color. while still wet add frost on them.
- Steps followed, should make the face of this little fella in the circle, taking into account the roundness of his eyes, broad nose, his mouth, eyebrows and blue stripes on top.
- Prints fin template and transfer it to the blue rubber eva, you cut and paste using hot glue to the body.
- Then paint a flap on the body.
- Shells hit threes in the frame, equally to Flounder.
- You put the photo on the back of the frame and secured with tape.
