Tutorial to make a peacock tutu

Materials Needed

• blue tulle
• green tulle
• light brown tulle
• brown felt
• lime green felt
• felt heavenly
• blue felt
• scissors
• glue
• white thread
• tape

Step by step peacock tutu

First, you must make the tutu following our tutorial on how to make a tutu . To achieve the look of the photo, you must leave the tutu Toe. To do this, utilizad blue tulle to the center, green sideways and light brown on the ends.
