MINIKOMODIK ROUND ROTATING DRAWERS

 MINIKOMODIK ROUND ROTATING DRAWERS
To create such a chest of drawers, I used:
1) 4 babinki of plaster cardboard (you can use babinku from the roll with plastic wrap, but it needs to be cut);
2) File;
3) Empty stem from the pen;
4) Thread with a needle;
5) Glue "time crystal"
6) PVA glue
7) A small piece of ordinary paper napkins;
8) Cardboard;
9) double-sided tape and materials for exterior decor.

For anchorages boxes to the axis around which they are rotated, you need to cut out a small groove on the outer surface of the cardboard babinok patch. They are very tight, so sawn quite easily.

I then glued to the bottom of drawers made of cardboard and covered it all with several layers of white acrylic paint. Hinges on my chest of drawers made from an empty bar from ordinary pen. It is cut into pieces with a knife stationery exactly equal height boxes. Only one loop should be smaller - to put the lid on top.

produce rotation axis of the metal clips. Her need to straighten and crop so that it was shorter than the length of the folded loops together. This is required to make the plug in the uppermost and lower loop, the steel rod does not fall out.

 To drawers can not be removed with a metal axis need to sew them all together. For this thread is passed through the loop, which is then glued to the top and bottom drawers outside.

I made the cover of wipes impregnated with PVA. It must be broken into very small pieces and tuck inside even after the loops are sewn with thread and the axis of the clip is inserted.
All that remains to do after that - it's the cover for the top drawer and external decoration.
Komodik ready. All his drawers rotate freely and are not separated from each other.
